Exhibition Set-up Services

While providing services on a turnkey basis, there are certain services which need to be exclusively planned and managed relating to Exhibition Set-up. The services normally are a combination of Administrative services, Venue related, Design & Fabrication and off-course on-site Venue Management and co-ordination.

At Planet ConvEx, we take care of all these services including back-end co-ordination with all sub-contractors / vendors involved in providing small, but critical services which contributes heavily in making the event a success. The list and nature of service vary from event to event and location to location. However, for a broad understanding, the basic heads of services include;  

  • Arranging required Permissions and Support

  • Exhibitor's support services (i.e. Secretarial, IT, Communication, Third party services, Move-in)

  • Exhibit movement, Freight handling including customs clearances and warehousing

  • Managing Remote Participation / Product Presentations

  • On-site co-ordination (between Venue, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, Exhibitors etc.) 

  • Planning, coordinating and managing Exhibitor's Meet

  • Planning & managing Special events (i.e. Awards, Tournaments, Product launches, Fashion shows etc.)

  • Post event Exhibit move-out, Gate passes etc.

  • Site measurements, Layout, Design, Fabrication (including Signage system)

  • Setting-up and managing special areas (i.e. Press center, Lounges, Cyber cafes, Business center etc.)

  • Venue identification, Negotiations and Booking
