While planning an event (Conference & Seminars, Exhibition, Buyer Seller Meets, Market Launches, Trade Fairs, Events etc.), it is important that few most important as well as not so important components, both, are kept into consideration. 

However, while preparing for the event and ensuring that it runs smoothly, it is equally important that all aspects of the event which have been planned are co-ordinated professionally on an end-to-end basis. 

The only way to achieve this, is to develop and manage a strong Administrative Support System, which is delivered through an Event Secretariat, which serves as the nerve center for all activities.

At Planet ConvEx, while planning, we lay equal importance to both services (i.e. Most Important and Not So Important) and while preparing for deliveries, to ensure that the event is managed in the most professional manner we set-up and run a fully equipped secretariat (with professionally trained and experienced personnel)

At the heart of our services control is our fully developed, tested and customized, "Computer Based Event Management System"

It is important to understand, that the services chart for an event is finalized based on the brief of the event / RFP, and the services are customized for each event, keeping in view the objectives, requirement and profile of the event.

Depending on the requirement of the Client and the Event, our services can be either hired on a Turnkey Basis (i.e. full services), OR on a Limited Basis (i.e. one or more services).
